ROSHN Group announced the signing of four strategic partnerships worth over SAR 9 billion in the construction and infrastructure sectors, Saudi Press Agency reported.
The group signed an agreement worth SAR 7.7 billion with China Harbour Engineering Co. to develop 6,700 residential units, mosques, community centers, as well as retail areas and public facilities for future projects in the Sedra and Warfa communities in Riyadh. This marks one of Saudi Arabia's mega projects.
Additionally, ROSHN signed an agreement worth SAR 690 million with BC Marine Services to cover canal and bridge works in the recently announced MARAFY project, which is related to the Al-Arous community in the north of Jeddah.
Another deal was also concluded with SAPAC for SAR 840 million to cover the primary and secondary infrastructure works for the new and upcoming ROSHN communities in the Western Region.
Additionally, the group entered into a collaborative agreement with ABYAT to design and supply approximately 12,000 high-quality kitchens for several future communities.
