Saudi Electricity Co.’s shareholders agreed during an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) held on Sept. 19, to amend the company’s bylaws in accordance with the New Companies Law.
Furthermore, shareholders agreed to rearrange the articles of the bylaws and their numbers to reflect the proposed changes, according to a statement to Tadawul.
Shareholders also approved the amendment to the board membership, policy, standards and procedures, the statement added.
