Dallah Healthcare Co. received integrated consultation studies for its planned investment with Dallah Real Estate Co.
The two parties are currently evaluating these studies, which support expansions in Dallah hospitals. Any developments in this project will be announced later, the medical services provider said in a statement to Tadawul.
In October 2022, Dallah Healthcare signed a non-binding memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Dallah Real Estate to invest in lands owned by the two parties in Al Nakheel, Riyadh, Argaam earlier reported.
The MoU aims to boost land values and achieve higher investment revenue for both parties through the formation of a legal entity to own the lands.
In April, the MoU was extended for six months until Oct. 12.
