Saudi Fisheries Co.’s shareholders elected members of the board of directors for the upcoming three-year term starting Oct. 25, 2023, during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) held on Oct. 22.
In a statement to Tadawul, the company pointed out that the new board will include Abdulrahman Al-Owais, Mansour Alsaghayer, Abdul Majeed Al Sheikh, Khalid Al-Kaf, Ahmad Al Ballaa, Saeed Al-Muaither, and Abdullah Al-Wabel.
