The Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) stated that shares of Alinma Tokio Marine Co. were delisted at the end of trading on Oct. 25, according to Tadawul website.
Tadawul suspended trading on the insurer's shares as of Oct. 25, to commence delisting procedures for the company’s shares, Argaam earlier reported.
Alinma Tokio’s shareholders approved on Oct. 25 the merger offer submitted by Arabian Shield through a share swap.
