The Securities Depository Center Co. (Edaa) deposited today, Nov. 8, the tradable rights of Salama Cooperative Insurance Co. into the accounts of eligible shareholders, the insurer said in a statement to Tadawul.
According to data compiled by Argaam, the company’s shareholders approved on Nov. 5 the board’s recommendation to increase capital by issuing rights shares worth SAR 100 million.
Rights trading will begin on Nov. 9 and end on Nov. 16, while subscription to the new shares will start on Nov. 9 and close on Nov. 21.
