The board of directors of Tihama Advertising and Public Relations Co. appointed on Nov. 8 Ibrahim bin Mohammed Al Shabib, non-executive member, as Chairman and Hatem bin Ali Bargash, independent member, as Vice Chairman.
In addition, the board agreed to appoint Abdul Aziz bin Najeeb Al-Suwailem as Managing Director and CEO and Salah Abdel Malik as Board Secretary for one month from the date, according to a statement to Tadawul.
The board members were elected for the remaining term, which began on Oct. 14, 2021, and until the end of the current term on Oct. 13, 2024, the statement added.
