Alqemam for Computer Systems Co. signed, on Nov. 13, a contract worth SAR 2.7 million, inclusive of VAT, with World of System and Software Co. (related party).
The contract runs for 60 days and aims to develop business intelligence and data management platforms as well as design public service robots for a client, Alqemam said in a statement to Tadawul.
Alqemam expects the financial impact to appear in the company's revenues starting from the first half of 2024.
Wasel bin Abdullah Alwasel, Alqemam’s Chairman, is a related party to the contract as he holds a 5% stake in World of System and Software Co., the statement added.
