GACA launches new passenger rights protection guidelines today

Saudi Arabia's General Authority for Civil Aviation (GACA) announced that the new passenger rights protection guidelines are applicable as of today, Nov. 20, under the slogan "Passenger First". 

 

Through the guidelines, the authority seeks to advance the passengers' experience with organized, safe transportation that takes into account their needs, in order to achieve the objectives of the National Aviation Strategy, it said. 

 

According to Argaam's data, GACA announced last August the adoption of new guidelines to protect passenger rights, replacing the past guidelines.
