Shareholders of United Cooperative Assurance Co. (UCA) elected on Nov. 21 board members for the next three-year term, starting from Jan. 13, 2024.
Elected members are Khaled Alireza, Khaled AlHamdan, Mohammed AlYahya, Mansoor AlSaghayyer, Khalid Alqazlan, Bahaa Khashoggi, and Bodour Altuwaijri, UCA said in a statement to Tadawul.
Shareholders also approved amending the charter of the audit committee.
