WAJA Co. signed on Nov. 26 a SAR 5 million Shariah-compliant credit facility agreement with Banque Saudi Fransi (BSF).
The one-year facility is guaranteed by a promissory note from the company, according to a Tadawul statement.
The funds will go towards letters of guarantee for the company’s projects.
The deal includes no related parties, the statement added.
