Saudi Kayan Petrochemical Co.’s (Saudi Kayan) board of directors approved today, Nov. 30, the resignation of Metab Al Shahrani from his post as CEO of the company.
In a Tadawul filing, Saudi Kayan said Al Shahrani will step down to pursue his career in another sector. His resignation will take effect as of Dec. 31.
Al Shahrani was appointed as CEO of the company starting July 24, 2022, according to Argaam’s data.
