United Electronics Co.’s (eXtra) shareholders approved transferring the balance of the statutory reserve, amounting to SAR 64.2 million as shown in the 2022 financials, to retained earnings.
The shareholders’ approval came during an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) held on Dec. 3, where other items on the agenda were also approved, according to a statement to Tadawul.
