Shares of Nomu-listed Amwaj International Co. have their ex-dividend today, Dec. 11, for H1 2023.

 

The company’s board of directors earlier approved the payment of a 15% cash dividend, or SAR 1.5 per share, for H1 2023.

 

The dividend payment date will be set later.

 

This is the first time the company has distributed cash dividends since its listing on the Nomu-Parallel Market on June 14, 2022.
