Zamil Industrial Investment Co.’s board decided today, Dec. 14, to name Mohammad Al Harbi as Managing Director, according to a statement to Tadawul.
Al Harbi previously served as a non-executive board member and will become an executive member as of Jan. 16, 2024, the statement added.
In a Tadawul statement, the company revealed Al-Harbi's Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering from the University of New Mexico, USA, in 1992.
In addition, he holds multiple board memberships and was CEO of Takween Advanced Industries Co. (2010–2012) and President of the Saudi German Co. for Nonwoven Products (1998–2010).
Al Harbi brings over 29 years of experience in finance, industry, education, and consulting. He was also a member of the Industrial Committee of the Eastern Region Chamber of Commerce and Industry, according to the statement.
