Aldrees Petroleum and Transport Services Co. stated that its board of directors approved reappointing Hamad Aldrees as Chairman and Abdulmohsen Aldrees as Vice Chairman, according to a Tadawul statement.
The board also elected Abdulelah Aldrees as Managing Director and CEO, as well as Khalid Aldrees, as Secretary of the Board.
The audit committee was formed from the following members: Eid Al Shamari, Farraj Al-Qabbani, Khalid Alkhowaiter, and Saad Aldrees.
Further, the board gave the go-ahead for forming the executive as well as nomination and remuneration committees, in addition to appointing the company representatives to the Capital Market Authority and Saudi Exchange Co. (Tadawul).
The decisions are effective from the start of the new board term on Dec. 22, 2023.
