Nomu-lsited Alwasail Industrial Co. announced the resumption of works on Al Yarmouk plan development project in Buraydah.
In a statement to Tadawul, the company pointed out that 70% of the project has already been accomplished, noting that there is no change in cost.
The project is expected to be completed on March 31, 2024, the statement added, indicating that the delay is attributed due to the municipality’s modification in the plan designs from CAMBER to V.
Alwasail stressed that the delay will not have an impact on the company’s financial results, noting that all material developments in this regard will be announced in due course.
