Sure Global Tech. Co. signed today, Dec. 27, a Shariah-compliant credit facility agreement worth SAR 20 million with Alinma bank, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.
The credit facility term is one year, said the company, adding that it is guaranteed by a promissory note at a value of SAR 22 million.
The facility is aimed at financing current and future projects, as well as issuing bank guarantees and letters of credit. There are no related parties to the agreement, the statement added.
