Bedor Nasser Al-Rashoudi (Non- Executive), who submitted her resignation from the membership of the Board on 01-01-2024, due to her duty commitments, provided that this resignation will take effect from 02-01-2024, where the vacant seat will be appointed and announced at a later time.
