Amiantit renames Prince Ahmad Al Saud as Chairman, Prince Abdulaziz Al Saud as Vice Chairman

Saudi Arabian Amiantit Co.’s board of directors decided on Jan. 1 to reappoint Prince Ahmad bin Khaled Al Saud as Chairman and Prince Abdulaziz bin Mohammed Al Saud as Vice Chairman.

Moreover, Waleed Abu Kishk was appointed as secretary of the board of directors, according to a statement to Tadawul.

Amiantit’s board also named the members of the audit, executive, nomination and remuneration committees, the statement added.

The audit committee included Sulaiman Al Sakran, Mohammed Albadr, and Walid Al-Othaymin, while the executive committee included Prince Ahmad bin Khaled Al Saud (Chairman), Prince Abdulaziz bin Mohammed Al Saud (Vice Chairman), Solaiman bin Abdulaziz Al-Tuwaijri (member), Feras Al-Harbi (member), and Sulaiman Al-Amro (member). 

The nomination and remuneration committee included Mohammed Albadr (Chairman), Prince Ahmad bin Khaled Al Saud (member), and Khaled Al Bawardi (Member).

The company also appointed representatives to the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul).

These decisions are effective from the start of the board’s new session for a four-year period beginning January 1, 2024, and ending December 31, 2027, according to the statement.
