Sure Global Tech Co.’s board of directors approved, on Jan. 3, Basem Al-Saloum's request to change his membership status from an executive board member to a non-executive board member, according to a statement to Tadawul.
The change is effective as of the date of approval, with Al-Saloum retaining his position on the board as a non-executive member.
The board also approved the appointment of Mohammed Al-Issa to the position of executive director, effective from Jan. 3, the company said.
Al-Issa has an extensive experience in business management, project management, and digital product management. He holds a master's degree in Occupational Safety Management from the University of Central Missouri (UCM) in the United States.
Al-Issa has held various leadership positions and currently holds the position of CEO at Sure.
