A manufacturing facility of Al Jouf Cement
Al Jouf Cement Co. signed a contract with Rabou’ Al-Taybah Co. to sell and export clinker at a total value of SAR 30 million, exceeding 10% of the company’s gross revenues based on the latest audited financial statements.
The contract, which came into effect on Jan. 4, is valid for six months, subject to renewal, Al Jouf Cement said in a statement to Tadawul today, Jan. 9.
The cement producer expected a positive financial impact on its results in the first and second quarters of 2024.
There are no related parties to the deal, the statement added.
