Sure Global Tech Co. was awarded the computer operation and maintenance project (Shawer) by the Shura Council at a total value of SAR 60.1 million, VAT inclusive.
In a statement to Tadawul, the company said that it will work to operate and maintain infrastructure and renew operations and maintenance as well as licenses tailored for all infrastructure and current applications.
Meanwhile, it will provide technical services for operating IT systems at the Shura Council, in addition to upgrading systems and devices, and providing services to operate infrastructure and electronic services.
No related parties are included in the deal, the statement added.
