Wafrah for Industry and Development Co.’s board of directors decided on Jan. 15 to reappoint Saad Al Otaibi as Chairman and Mohammed Al-Mukhadeb as Deputy Chairman.
The company’s board also appointed Reem Al-Ameri as board secretary and formed the audit, executive, and nominations and remunerations committees, according to a statement to Tadawul.
The nominations and remunerations committee included Mohamed Al Otaibi, Badr Alfaddah, and Mohamed Almuzel, while the audit committee included Mohamed Almuzel, Abdullah Alhamoud (from outside the board), and Saad Alsenaidy (from outside the board).
The executive committee included Saad Al Otaibi, Mohammed Al-Mukhadeb, and Eyad Albunaian, the statement added.
