Tabuk Agricultural Development Co. (TADCO) received on Jan. 18 the second tranche of the operational loan from the Agricultural Development Fund (ADF) at SAR 29.8 million, according to a statement to Tadawul.
ADF’s loan total amount is SAR 50.5 million, and TADCO pledged its land as collateral for the loan.
The loan aims to support TADCO’s operational programs, the statement said, adding that there are no related parties to the deal.
Any material developments in this regard will be announced in due course.
