Ladun subsidiary wins SAR 628.1M project from Ministry of Municipal Affairs

Ladun Investment Co. announced that its subsidiary, Built Industrial Co., won a project worth SAR 628.1 million, including VAT, from the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing to expand the ministry's headquarters in Riyadh. 

In a statement to Tadawul, Ladun said that the project involves the expansion of the ministry’s current headquarters located within the ministry’s premises at the intersection of King Fahd Road and King Abdullah Road in Riyadh. 

  

The company expects the contract to be signed on March 3, 2024. 

The work scope includes all aspects of construction, architecture, electrical, and mechanical works for Buildings A and B. Additionally, it includes site coordination in accordance with the project documents, including plans, specifications, and quantity schedules. 

There are no related parties to the contract, the statement added.
