Herfy Food Services Co.'s board of directors recommended on Feb. 5 paying no dividends for 2023, according to a statement to Tadawul.
The company aims to support and strengthen its financial position, shore up liquidity and finance capital expansions.
The proposal will be submitted to the upcoming general assembly for approval. The meeting date will be set later.
Herfy recorded a net profit of SAR 8.4 million in 2023, compared to SAR 3.5 million a year earlier, Argaam reported.
