Scientific and Medical Equipment House Co. (Equipment House) received, on Feb. 7, an award letter for a project worth SAR 8.67 million, excluding VAT, for the operation, maintenance and cleaning project at the Center of Excellence for Autism in Riyadh (ACE), according to a statement to Tadawul.
The three-year contract begins on April 1, 2024, and will be automatically renewed every year for a similar period unless one of the parties notifies the other of its intention not to renew the contract before 60 days from the date of expiration of the contract.
The relevant financial impact is expected to appear in Q2 2024, the statement said, indicating that there are no related parties to the deal.
The company will announce any future developments in this regard in due course after signing the final version of the contract by all concerned parties and receiving a copy of it.
