The subscription and tradable rights period for Etihad Atheeb Telecommunication Co. (GO) will start today, Feb. 12 to increase capital by SAR 250 million from SAR 89.99 million to SAR 339.99 million.  

The rights trading will end on Feb. 19, while the subscription process will close on Feb. 25.

The telecom operator plans to offer 25 million shares at SAR 10 each to increase capital by 277.78%. Each right will entitle the holder to subscribe to one new share at offer price.
