United Cooperative Assurance Co.'s board of directors reappointed, on Feb. 19, Khaled Ali Reda as Chairman and Khaled Al-Hemdan as Vice Chairman, according to a statement to Tadawul.
Shaher Al Madani was reappointed as Corporate Secretary.
The board also appointed the company’s representatives at the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and the Saudi Tadawul Group.
It also formed the executive committee, the nomination and remuneration committee, the risk committee, the investment committee and the audit committee.
