National Medical Care Co. (Care) signed a contract on Feb. 20 to purchase land from Blom Real Estate for SAR 131.8 million, not including real estate transaction tax.
Located in Alsawari district, Jeddah, the land spans 32,940 square meters (sqm), Care said in a statement to Tadawul.
The deal will be self-financed, the statement noted, adding that the purchase intends to support the company’s strategic plans for expansion.
The transaction will result in an increase in the company's assets, Care said. At present, no financial impact is expected, and any developments will be disclosed, it added.
