WSM shares to debut on Nomu today

WSM for Information Technology Co. will start today, Feb. 21, trading on the Nomu-Parallel Market under the symbol 9595 and ISIN code SA160GOKLTH1 at SAR 49 a share.

The stock will have daily and static price fluctuation limits of ±30% and ±10%, respectively, the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) said in a statement.

Earlier, the company floated 390,000 shares on Nomu, representing 20% of the capital, at SAR 49, with 404.77% coverage.

This is the second IPO on Nomu this year, after Pan Gulf Marketing Co.’s share offering on Feb. 18.

Nomu saw 35 IPOs last year, including six direct listings, 29 offerings to qualified investors, and a real estate investment fund.

With WSM, the number of companies listed on Nomu reached 80, in addition to Alwaha REIT Fund.
