During the subscription period, which began on Feb. 12, the company offered 25 million shares at SAR 10 each, totaling SAR 250 million, to increase capital from SAR 89.99 million to SAR 399.99 million.
The subscription coverage reached 96.49% of the total offered shares, with 24.12 million out of 25 million new shares subscribed at SAR 241.23 million.
