Almarai Co. announced the full redemption of the $500 million RegS Sukuk-Series 1, which was due on March 5, 2024.
In a statement to Tadawul, the company said that it redeemed the total number of sukuk, which stands at 2,500, expecting the financial impact to reflect in Q1 2024 financials.
