Canadia Medical Center Co. (CMCER) signed a contract with Suliman Abdullah Suliman AlFarhan Co. to rent headquarters for the company in Al Jubail, for SAR 97,800.
In a statement to Tadawul, the company said that the office will be used to manage Al Jubail projects and provide home healthcare services as part of the company's expansion plans.
The contract is valid for 12 months starting from May 1, 2024, the statement added.
The financial impact of the contract is anticipated to be realized starting from H2 2024, the company noted, stating that no related parties are participating in the transaction.
