KEIR International Co. appointed Alisithmar Capital as financial advisor on the company's planned transition to the main market (TASI), according to a statement to Tadawul today, March 7.
Shareholders will be duly informed of any further developments in this regard, KEIR noted.
The TASI transition is subject to the Saudi Exchange’s (Tadawul) approval, conditional on meeting all the requirements stipulated in the listing rules.
In December 2023, the company's board approved the transition from Nomu-Parallel Market to TASI, according to Argaam's data.
In July 2022, KEIR debuted on Nomu with SAR 120 capital, or 120 milion shares (SAR 1 per share).
