Canadian Medical Center Co. (CMCER) signed on March 14 a contract with Bayat Real Estate Co. to rent the company's office in Tabuk for SAR 109,500.
CMCER will use the new office to manage and develop its projects in NEOM, which will support NEOM's projects in the region and deliver the company's future expansion plans, according to a statement to Tadawul.
The contract is valid for one year starting from May 10, 2024.
The financial impact is expected to appear in H2 2024, CMCER added, noting that there are no related parties to the deal.
