Alandalus Property Co. elected on March 17 board members for the upcoming three-year term starting on March 10, 2024.
The company reappointed Abdulsalam Al-Aqeel as Chairman and Saleh Al-Habib as Deputy Chairman, according to a statement to Tadawul.
The audit committee was also formed, comprising of Omar Al-Mishaal, Saleh Al-Yahya and Fahd Al-Humaidi.
The nomination and remuneration committee includes Nawaf Al-Fawzan, Abdulsalam Al-Aqeel and Youssef Al-Namlah.
The executive committee was formed, chaired by Abdulsalam Al-Aqeel with other four members.
Abdulrahman Al-Shaye was named as Board Secretary.
The company also appointed representatives at the Capital Market Authority (CMA), Saudi Exchange Co. (Tadawul), and Securities Depository Center Co. (Edaa).
