United Wire Factories Co.’s (Aslak) board of directors recommended transferring the company’s entire statutory reserve of SAR 79.95 million as in financial statements for Dec. 31, 2023, to the retained earnings balance.
This came during the board’s meeting on March 25, according to a statement to Tadawul today, March 26.
