The Capital Market Authority (CMA) approved today, March 27, Leaf Global Environmental Services Co.’s request to list and float 1.5 million shares, representing 30% of its share capital, on Nomu-Parallel Market.
The offering will be confined to qualified investors and the prospectus will be published within sufficient time prior to the offering’s start.
The approval is valid for six months. It shall be deemed cancelled if the offering and listing are not completed within this period.
Established in 2007 in Riyadh, Leaf Global is a provider of solutions for managing environmental resources, promoting environmental awareness, and sustaining ecosystem services.
