Hail Cement plant
Hail Cement Co.’s shareholders approved delegating the board of directors to distribute interim dividends semi-annually or quarterly for 2024 during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on March 27.
The OGM approved all items on the agenda, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.
According to data available on Argaam, Hail Cement distributed SAR 117.64 million cash dividend for 2023, at 12.1% of the capital, or SAR 1.22 a share, quarterly.
