Al Sagr Cooperative Insurance Co. announced the termination of a contract with Elite Panorama Company for Cooperative Insurance Agency.
The termination was due to the agent's failure to adhere to the terms of the contract, according to a filing to Tadawul.
The company will contact other agents to represent it, which will be announced upon reaching an agreement.
Al Sagr Cooperative Insurance seeks to expand its points of sales network, the statement added.
