Takween Advanced Industries Co. announced that it will begin to distribute compensation worth SAR 8.9 million to rights issue holders who did not exercise their right to subscribe to the new shares on April 3, according to a statement to Tadawul.
The company said it will deposit the amounts in the bank accounts of eligible investors who have not exercised their right to subscribe to new shares and those entitled to fractional shares.
As for the eligible investors whose bank account data is not available or incomplete, they can visit the head office or contact company's investor relations, it added.
