The Capital Market Authority (CMA) said that its board of directors issued a decision last March, notifying financial market institutions to inform their current qualified clients of their qualification to invest in the Nomu-Parallel Market.
The decision also included the new qualified clients being regarded as qualified investors for Nomu.
The decision aims to facilitate direct entry for qualified clients into Nomu and improve the alignment between the definitions of the qualified investor and the qualified client.
Furthermore, it aims to benefit from the mechanism for identifying qualified clients classified with financial market institutions since the beginning of their contractual relationship, develop Nomu and improve the qualification mechanism for investment.
