Further to the announcement published on Tadawul on 26/03/1433H (18/02/2012) with respect to the Sukuk program, Almarai Company is pleased to announce that it has successfully completed the first Sukuk issuance for an amount of SAR 1 Billion on 7th March 2012. The total order book reached more than SAR 4.7 Billion, i.e. 4.7 times the issuance size.
The Sukuk was a private offering to sophisticated investors resident in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
