The Extraordinary GA of Banque Saudi Fransi approved 33% capital raise (from SAR 9040.2m to SAR 12053.6m) in a meeting held today in Riyadh.
The Capital raise is to take place by issuing one bonus share to each 3 shares owned by registered shareholders.
By this issuance the number of outstanding shares will increase from 904.0 m shares to 1205.4 m .

The board’s recommendation was approved. The board had advised that the dividends distributed for the first half of financial year 2013 (QR 361,607,150 after deduction of zakat, i.e. 40 halalas per share or four percent of share's nominal value) shall be deemed as dividends for the whole financial year ended on December 31, 2013.
The said dividends were disbursed on July 28, 2013.
