Saudi Public Transport Co. (SAPTCO) announced signing an operational contract with International Indian school transportation services in Riyadh, effective on 5/01/2014.
The value of the contract is SAR 18.2 mn for duration of 3 years, the company said in a filing to Tadawul.
SAPTCO inked this agreement within its expansion plans in school transport sector. It will reflect positively on the company's Q1-2014 financial results, according to the statement.
