Budget 's GA approves 33.3 % capital raise and 22.5% cash dividends

Budget-Saudi General Assembly approved 33.3 % capital raise (from SAR 305.0 m to SAR 406.6 m).

The Capital raise is to take place by issuing one bonus share to each 3 shares owned by registered shareholders.

By this issuance the number of outstanding shares will increase from 30.5 m shares to 40.6 m.

It also approved 22.5% cash dividends(SAR2.25/share).
