Further to the announcement on Tadawul on 23 and 26 June 2012 regarding the halting and resumption of operations at Qatrana Cement Company, a Jordan-based affiliate of the Arabian Cement Company (ACC), the ACC announces that the resulting cost of such halt is around SAR 1.7 million. Such loss shall reflect in the second quarter of 2012, but will not entail material impact on results.
