Aldrees Petroleum & Transport Services Company (ALDREES) announces the results of the Fourth Extraordinary General Assembly which was yesterday. After completion of a quorum, the General assembly approved the following
1- Recommendation of the Board of Directors to increase the company's capital by 20%, from SAR 250 million to SAR 300 million through issuance of one bonus share for every five shares consequently increasing the number of shares of the company from 25 million shares to 30 million shares. The value of this increase will be paid from the retained earnings to shareholders registered in the records of Tadawul at the closing of trading on the day of the Fourth Extraordinary General Assembly
